For estate managers and the households they run

Run every house you manage from one place.

The house manual, the staff, the vendors, the calendar and the money for every property, and an assistant that answers from your records and does the work.

Why we built Hauseora

When that person is away, the house forgets how it works.

A well-run house depends on knowledge that usually lives in one person's head, a binder nobody has updated, and a long thread of texts. Hauseora keeps that knowledge in one place, and gives you an assistant that works from it.

It is built for the people who run the house day to day, and for the owners who want to know it is running well without having to ask.

The house manual

A manual that stays current.

Protocols, rooms, assets and documents for each property, in one place a new hire can read on day one. Ask the assistant what the manual says and it answers from it; tell it something new and it adds it.

People and vendors

Vendors who confirm, finish and get checked.

  1. Job offered in the vendor portal
  2. Accepted, estimate sent
  3. Marked done by the vendor
  4. Verified by you before it counts
  5. Draft expense created

A vendor with expired insurance cannot be assigned new work.

Work and schedules

Every property on one calendar.

  • Main residence
  • The lake house
  • The ski house

Tasks, maintenance visits, who is in residence and who is on shift, across every house. Days with no one covering are flagged before they arrive, and Google Calendar stays in sync both ways.

One calendar, every property.

The assistant

Ask for what you need in plain English.

It answers from your own records. Ask it to schedule a visit, assign a task or email a vendor, and it does the work.

Example of the assistant at work. Asked whether Harbor & Hill sent the leak estimate, the assistant says yes, $1,480 to replace the shutoff valve, needing approval; asked to approve it, it does so when the manager presses Confirm.

Founding households

Now accepting a small number of founding households.

Hauseora is new, so there are no reviews here yet, and we would rather say so than borrow someone else's. What the first households get: you talk to the founders, not a support queue. If you want help getting set up, we do it with you personally. And what you ask for shapes what we build next.

  • Vendor follow-through

Example of the assistant at work. Asked whether Bluewater confirmed Friday’s pool service, the assistant says not yet, unconfirmed for more than 52 hours; asked to email them, it drafts the email to Bluewater Pool Care and sends it once the manager approves.

Nines bills $3,000 per property per year, minimum three, plus a $5,000 initiation fee that is required on every plan. At five properties that is $20,000 in year one. Ours is $10,000 for up to 25 properties — $15,000 if you want us to set it up for you, which is your choice, not a condition. (Nines pricing as published September 2026.)

Questions About Hauseora

Answers to what principals and estate managers ask before they sign up.

What is Hauseora?

Hauseora is a property and household management platform for high-net-worth families and the professional estate managers who serve them. It centralizes everything required to manage one or more properties — household manuals, vendor contacts and service history, maintenance schedules, documents, staff task assignments, calendar coordination — with an assistant that answers from your records and carries out the work when you ask in plain English.

What powers the Hauseora assistant?

Hauseora runs on frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic. The assistant is the main way in: it can look up and change records across the household — properties, tasks, maintenance, staff, vendors, expenses, calendar, documents and more — in plain English, reads receipts and business cards from a photo, and only offers each person the actions their household role allows, so staff see only what they should. Household data reaches these models only through commercial APIs whose terms exclude it from model training.

Is Hauseora the best property management software for high-net-worth families?

Hauseora is purpose-built for high-net-worth families and tech-forward principals who expect their home to be run as well as their business. The assistant replaces spreadsheets and menus with plain English, reads receipts and business cards from a photo, and the entire platform is multi-user from day one so principals and staff work from the same live data. At $10,000 per year covering up to 25 properties and unlimited users, with guided setup offered at $5,000 once but never required, it costs less than the best-known alternative from four properties up: Nines Living bills $3,000 per property per year with a three-property minimum, plus a $5,000 one-time initiation fee, and lists its Unlimited plan at $75,000/year (as published in September 2026). At three properties the two are close — $14,000 in their year one against our $10,000, then $9,000 a year against our $10,000. At five theirs is $20,000 then $15,000, against our $10,000. From four properties up we are lower every year, and the gap widens with each property added, because we do not meter properties. Estates with more than 25 properties are quoted individually.

Who uses Hauseora?

Hauseora serves two primary users: principals (homeowners managing 2+ properties, often with dedicated household staff) and estate managers or household managers who coordinate operations on behalf of their clients. The platform is built for households that have outgrown spreadsheets and text message coordination but don’t want an enterprise software deployment.

How is Hauseora different from a property management tool for landlords?

Hauseora is not a rental or landlord platform. It is designed for owner-occupied households and private estates — managing staff, vendors, maintenance, documents, and household protocols for the people who live in the home, not tenants who rent it. There are no rent collection features, leasing tools, or tenant portals.

What does Hauseora cost?

Hauseora is $10,000 per year, billed annually. That covers up to 25 properties, unlimited users, all platform features, and priority support — with no per-property charges, no seat charges, and no feature tiers. Estates with more than 25 properties are quoted individually. Guided setup is available for $5,000 once: we work through it with you in guided sessions, building out your properties, zones, assets, vendors, staff and household manual together. You know the household, we know the system — doing it side by side is faster than either of us doing it alone. It is optional: many managers set the platform up themselves, and guided setup can be added later. Nines requires its $5,000 initiation fee on every plan; we do not.

Does Hauseora support multiple properties?

Yes. Up to 25 properties are included in the single plan, and larger estates are quoted. Principals with homes in multiple cities or countries can manage all of them from one account. Estate managers with multiple clients can maintain separate household profiles for each engagement.

What is a household manual in Hauseora?

A household manual in Hauseora is a structured digital document that captures everything important about how a property operates — utility accounts, emergency contacts, appliance details, security codes, vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and household protocols. It replaces the paper binders and scattered documents that most households rely on. When a new estate manager, housekeeper, or caretaker joins the household, the manual is their complete onboarding resource.

Can estate managers and household staff use Hauseora alongside the principal?

Yes. Hauseora is designed for multi-user household teams. A principal can grant access to their estate manager, housekeepers, caretakers, and other staff at no additional per-user cost. Tasks can be assigned, tracked, and completed by any team member. Vendor communications and service history are shared and visible to everyone with access.

Is Hauseora secure?

Yes. Gate, alarm and safe codes are stored with AES-256 under a key of their own. Staff see only the properties they work at, and money stays with owners and managers. Every change is recorded with who made it, including the assistant. Your home data — documents, security protocols, vendor contacts — is never sold or shared with third parties.

What is an estate manager and do I need one to use Hauseora?

An estate manager is a professional household manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of a private residence or estate — vendor management, staff coordination, maintenance oversight, and household administration. You do not need a dedicated estate manager to use Hauseora. Many principals use the platform directly. However, households with full-time or fractional estate managers find Hauseora especially valuable as a shared operational layer between the principal and their management team.

Is there a trial or satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. Hauseora offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee with a full refund, no questions asked, if the platform isn’t right for your household.
